We only accept returns on products purchased directly through www.allensportsusa.com.
All non-warranty returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase date and product must be returned in its ORIGINAL and UNUSED condition.
We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you are looking for another size or style, please place another order on www.allensportsusa.com for your replacement item.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
Refunds will take approximately 7-10 days to process from the date received at our warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is issued.
Please allow 5-10 business days from when the confirmation email is sent for the refund to fully process.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Fill out theRETURN FORM. We will email a return packing slip which must be included in your return package. Be sure to include your order number found on your packing slip or confirmation email.
We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method for your records until the return is complete.
