MAKE A RETURN
RETURN POLICY
- We only accept returns on products purchased directly through www.allensportsusa.com.
- All non-warranty returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase date and product must be returned in its ORIGINAL and UNUSED condition.
- We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you are looking for another size or style, please place another order on www.allensportsusa.com for your replacement item.
- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
- Refunds will take approximately 7-10 days to process from the date received at our warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is issued.
- Please allow 5-10 business days from when the confirmation email is sent for the refund to fully process.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Fill out the RETURN FORM. We will email a return packing slip which must be included in your return package. Be sure to include your order number found on your packing slip or confirmation email.
- We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method for your records until the return is complete.
